啤酒(jiu)(jiu)發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)系統有(you)發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)、清酒(jiu)(jiu)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)、暫(zan)存罐(guan)(guan)(guan)組成;發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)是啤酒(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產中極其重(zhong)要的工(gong)藝過程。是一個有(you)酵(jiao)(jiao)母參(can)與的復雜的生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化反應過程,發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)為(wei)錐(zhui)(zhui)底圓柱形,罐(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)具(ju)(ju)備(bei)自身冷(leng)卻裝置,可(ke)(ke)很(hen)容易地控(kong)制發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)溫(wen)(wen)度;罐(guan)(guan)(guan)底為(wei)錐(zhui)(zhui)形,回收酵(jiao)(jiao)母及清洗都很(hen)方便;罐(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)具(ju)(ju)有(you)CIP清洗系統,保證(zheng)了生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產中的衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安全。具(ju)(ju)備(bei)了先進的國際發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)程技(ji)術,可(ke)(ke)采用PLC自動控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)技(ji)術。全過程控(kong)制啤酒(jiu)(jiu)發(fa)(fa)酵(jiao)(jiao)。
